By accessing the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not access or use the website. We reserve the right to change these conditions of use at any time. By continued use of this website after such changes have been posted you agree to abide by such changes. We recommend that you check the conditions of use periodically.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, IceMobile disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. IceMobile will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Upon production and whilst hosting this service IceMobile has taken the utmost care, and will do so in the future, to ensure a minimum of errors and unavailability to the service. Therefore, IceMobile can not be held liable in case of any failure to the service and/or the connected servers and e-mail communication.

Intellectual ownership

All rights, with reference to the CartoonMe logo and the by law protected names 'CartoonMe', 'www.CartoonMe.com' and 'CartoonMe.com' lay with IceMobile. The information, including all the images, logo's and pictures on this site are protected by law. It is therefore prohibited for you as a user of this site to distribute, sell, duplicate or in any way change anything without prior written approval from the owner of the material. Upon usage of this application you grant IceMobile approval to use the resulting images for promotional purposes. In case you prefer your image not to be used for promotional purposes you can indicate this by email from the site. Consequently we will not use your images. IceMobile has the right to withhold access to information and to remove information from CartoonMe in case of possible violation of third parties.
